Heartbaker is pastry chef Sybil Johnson's labor of love. Her handcrafted baked goods combine professional refinement and homemade flavor. From delicious breakfast treats to exquisite cakes for any occasion, Heartbaker aims to provide reliable service and impeccable quality.

Sybil is a graduate of the Baking and Pastry program at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and a veteran of numerous highly-respected restaurants around the San Francisco Bay Area, including Aqua, Fairmont Hotel and Kokkari.

 

Sybil lives in San Francisco with her husband, two sons and three-legged cat, Black Jack.
